I happened on your site when having a conversation through Facebook with Mike today.
May God always continue to enrich and bless your lives abundantly. One of the greatest blessings in this life he gifted to us is a mate for eternity. I feel so truly blessed to know you all.

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

Hi Pastor Mike, Todays Message was unreal it really hit me hard. My Wife and I are going through a really tough time in our marriage right now that the words Separation and Divorce keeps coming up. I know if we can get through this together, we'll be able to get through anything else the world throws at us. I wish we'd came to New Hope before we got married, maybe things wouldn't be so hard. But I'll keep trying and I'll keep praying. God Bless you and your Family,

Mike and Lynn, I am so deeply moved by your stories, your love for each other, and your love for the Lord. It brought me to tears (I'm a 53 yr old Christian guy in NJ). God bless you both. How did I get to your site? I did a google search to find out what is on the internet about "Kevin Wada". I found that name in your guestbook. What piqued my interest was that he wrote a Christian message. My grandfather was the first Christian in his family and he was kicked out for it. It's a long story. I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior in 1988, about a half year after my Dad passed away. I met my wife, Joanne, at a square dance. She didn't want to go, so I say her friends dragged her there kicking and screaming. We have been married 17 years. What your proposal video showed was not just your love for each other, but you. Mike, were willing to go the extra mile (or ten) for your bride to be. The creativity, the thought that went into your proposal, the effort, are demonstrations of love that we husbands need to learn from and show our wives more often. Thank you for your expressions of love for each other and for honoring the Lord in all your plans. God bless you. Kevin and Joanne Wada

I think God did amazing wonders in preparing both of you for each other...but even better, your hearts were open to Him and listening. I admire both of you for learning this so early in life! God bless you and your beautiful blossoming family with many, many loving years to come. We appreciate all that you BOTH do in order to do His will consistently. P.S. Your proposal video makes me cry happy tears every time I see it! :)

Hi. Just started going to New Hope Leeward for about 2 months. My children love it especially the AWANA group Sunday evenings. What's even better, after receiving your Christmas card, I found out you live right down the street! Cool huh? Anyway, thank you for what you do at church and how church blesses my family. I look forward to many years at New Hope Leeward.

You guys are too much. Wow, what a great looking bunch of photos, the local boy and the redhead, we are laughing with joy over here. The many new OHANA at Leeward are amazing just as the many new ones at Farrington amaze me each Sunday. You both have grown and Lynn, your smile is big now, not like when you were on staff with Pastor Wayne. So, keep smiling and know we all love you. Duke

Hi Mike! It has been years! I think we last saw each other at the Shalom Center. Kelly Crotty and I were talking about people we hadn't seen in years and your name came up. I was so excited to see your beautiful family on your website. It sounds like all is great with you. Michael and I have two beautiful children as well. We would love to hear from you when you get a chance.
